Christ, I thought this was a done deal even with a changed vote....

Got word from Fuzzy that he had recently voted to 'leave it as is'. ... so eliminate 1 'for' since I'm the minority partner (but am not changing mine and can't take it out), so it's back to 8-6 for. ... not sure if it was him or someone else that recently changed from no to yes - but that explains the extra vote. ....

OK so we're sitting at 9-5. ... that's 'FOR' expansion to be effective the 2020 season. @TREFF since everyone has voted and had ample time to think it over - can we call this thing as of now ?
I arbitrarily put a close date of March 24 since I had no idea when everyone would poke their heads in. ..

OK then guys - POLL IS NOW CLOSED - D1 WILL EXPAND TO 20 PLAYERS AS OF THE 2020 SEASON. ..... as for how it is handled; see Treff's post #27 of the thread. .....
