VT beating tOSU was a big win regardless of rank. Because it was VT.

The PSU team that MI beat was not the same PSU team that won the B1G. That same MI team lost to unranked Iowa but that was near the end of the season. That was a big win for Iowa.

I know you are a novice but teams change during the season. I used tOSU as a prime example of that. But hey I guess any win over a decent team is a "big" win for MI.
A "decent team" that won the B10....and would have been in the playoff had UM not beat them.

Big12 is gettin 2 in the playoff this year imo.

OU and Texas with 1 loss each, to each other.

Now, send that to ESPN, the expert has spoken.

The past has no influence on the potential of this upcoming team. That's why it's dumb. If we made the national championship game in 2015, that would have no bearing on this upcoming season or the potential for success.

It’d prove they are capable of winning the big games. Michigan has won nothing in 15 years. Not a division title, not a B1G championship and definitely not a national title.

We lost 4 guys on defense who will be 1st or 2nd round picks and we are running an entirely new offense and don’t know who our RB will be.

So as I said — until UM proves it on the field. Even talking about any type of championship is just that.....talk.

To be technical, we did win a division title last year....

We did? I must have missed UM in Indy at the B1G championship game.

Maybe UM can hand out rings to the players with 62 diamonds on. One for every point they gave up to OSU. It could show them taking a knee inside our 10 at the end of the game or it would have been 69 or 70.

You should be embarrassed to even type that.

I'll give credit where it's due. I was too harsh at times in calling you a homer. You've been anything but this offseason.

Dude, it's literally the only thing they can celebrate about under Harbaugh.
They almost beat Ohio State that one time, and they almost beat Michigan State when they went to the playoffs. You are over looking so many almosts.

Georgia ??? lol

My Longhorns were a good football team last year … but not a great football team.

Texas beating Georgia in a bowl game last year proved two things:
1. SEC East isn't really very good
2. Georgia is no Maryland ...

Easy to pick today. Some were picking Wisconsin last season. Talk is cheap.

So are Vol women...

So what exactly has changed about Michigan that makes them anything more than a 9/10 win team, tops? I feel like we go through this every year
