Looks pretty good. I’d obviously take that 4 seed and would love Gophs vs ISU

Don’t have Butler on your radar at all tho?

I think I like them for squeezing in a bid. And I think at worst they are kinda right there with X and Prov to start

Butler is on my radar. It wouldn't surprise me if they made the tournament. Being a 10 seed and losing your best player, and a glue guy like Wideman, I think will make them take a step back. Getting the transfer from Duke will help but he'll miss the first 10 games or something like that. I'm just not sure if they'll have enough scoring. They had guys last year good at their roles, but if they're asked to do more, are they capable? Guys like Jorgensen, McDermott, Fowler etc. I love Baldwin though and think he can be a 1st team All Big East guy, but he's going to have to be even better than last year.

I'd take that in a heartbeat.

Admittedly, I'm higher on Zona, than pretty much anyone out there. Outside of Oregon(which you might be able to include them) I think the Pac 12 is going to be wide open. Zona is still going to be tough to beat at home. And even with as much as they lost last year, they still have more talent than half the league IMO. They play in the loaded Maui this year, they come out of that with even a win, that'll set them up with a good OOC and a good OOC SOS.

Can you do a preseason NIT bracketology too so Boise State can make it?

Yeah it’s true they don’t have much behind Baldwin as proven scorers but I do like their roster a lot more than SHU.

I actually think SHU's first 5 are slightly better than Butler's. Getting Thompson and McKnight eligible this season will be a huge boost. Add that to Powell and that's a pretty good top 3 of inside out.

I like Bama's chances this year. We return everyone but Sexton( who we replaced with a top 30 recruit albeit a 17 yo)and Braxton Key, who sucked and is getting replaced by Tevin Mack who IMO is better.

We are a long, athletic, and Experienced team that is going to play real good defense, plus we dont have all these unrealistic expectations like last year.

I think we will make the tournament but the SEC is TOUGH this year

Yeah, I love CBB...unfortunately no other Bama fan here wants to talk about it.....so I post on another board during CBB season.

i think @Terminus is somewhat active

SEC should be pretty good this year. Tennessee is looking awfully tough

Yeah Tennessee,UK, and Auburn are all legit. LSU and Miss.State should be good too. Bama is middle of the pack and a bubble team most likely, im hoping we squeeze our way in the tournament again because of our defense.

It gets pretty active during the season. Unfortunately, there are only a couple dozen or so regulars who are active.

I'm not sold on Auburn as a legit contender yet, especially trying to replace Heron and Murray with formerly suspended Purifoy, 6'7" shoot first mentality and Doughty, an unproven VCU transfer. They just seem undisciplined to me, along with Pearl,

We shall see.

Just an fyi he also thought the B1G would get 6 teams in the tournament last year. They have a much tougher league schedule this season, and I think they'll be slightly better, but still a bubble team. Thinking they are a top 16 team is pretty ridiculous IMO.

I'm excited to see what Iowa can do . Was really disappointed in the D last year but it was much better by seasons end. If they can carry that momentin over they should be able to score with anyone and adding Weiskamp will only help. Big early game with Oregon should say a lot about where we are at
