Eric Berry to NOT have Surgery this Offseason

If true, I don't see how you can't cut him if he isn't going to get this issue corrected. Non-surgical intervention didn't work last season, and there's not a ton to suggest doing that again is worth it if the injury guarantee is not triggered.

I'm not sure how his contract works regarding the physical. Berry either has the team by the balls or his is going to get cut. A rather ugly way for a great player to end his career.
