So what happens if Arsenal does win Europa and finishes out of the Top 4? Does that knock out 4th place in Premier League from UCL or does Premier League get 5 teams in UCL next year? I don't know the rules on that. I think they get get 5 and the 7th place team gets Europa? I am hearing about a battle for Europa for 7th place with Wolves, Everton, etc.

Dude it confuses me everytime too. Give it a few days and the English media will have the scenarios published. Cuz Chelsea in 2012 won the champions league while not finishing in the top 4 and we knocked Tottenham out of the champions league who was in 4th. It made it soo much sweeter. But then like two years ago they were talking about a 5 English team champions league scenario.

The EPL would have 5 teams in it. just like this season, City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham, Man United.

UEFA had to make a rule after 05 when Liverpool won the UCL, but finished 6th in the league. The most any league can have in it is 5. The only way the 4th spot team could get knocked out is if the UCL and Eurpoa winners both finished outside the top 4.
