Because water is already wet. lol. Have you ever seen dry water? If it's not wet what other state is it in? Its not a gas it's a liquid.
It's not wet, the state it's in is a liquid. Liquid's aren't wet. They are what makes things wet. Again, fire isn't on fire, and water isn't wet. Fire can start other things on fire and water can make other things wet.

same article -If we define "wet" as "made of liquid or moisture", then water is definitely wet because it is made of liquid, and in this sense, all liquids are wet because they are all made of liquids.

Mercury is also a liquid, but would not necessarily get you wet.

if water makes things wet then by itself its wet. That's just logic. You can feel the wetness if you touch it but if you aren't touching it, it's still wet.

I mean, you're wrong by definition, but feel free to keep going on. The literal dictionary definition of the word "wet" is: covered or saturated with water or another liquid. Water isn't covered or saturated with water, it IS water. I can't explain it any clearer.

Again - fire isn't on fire, and water isn't wet. Fire can start other things on fire and water can make other things wet.

I can't be any more clear either. lol. To get something wet you need to put something (like water) on it . So the water itself has to be wet. Because it's not dry. The day you can check or read the moisture level in water and it comes up dry let me know.

You you must also believe that fire itself is on fire. That's a ridiculous statement, but it's your exact logic.

'We are talking about water. Don't change the subject.
Put it this way. What makes something wet? it's covered with water. if you have water what is it covered with all around ? Water. Try and separate the water from the water to have some dry water. can't do it can you. because then it's not water.

lol so now water is covered in water? That makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

The fire comparison was 100% relevant and accurate.

Last one. lol
If I have a glass of water and it's not wet. But you say putting water on something makes it wet. Then what if I pour a glass of water into a glass half full of water. Did i just get the water wet? Or are you telling me that water in the glass is dry?

Eh injuries are a bitch. It happens. I need to quit believing sources on other boards. They been guaranteeing Tua was coming back and all of a sudden they say he is leaving today.
