TSNRyanRishaug: Hockey Canada confirms Ekblad is concussed, though based on his tests it’s not a severe one, he will be heading home.

I wish people would stop using terms like mild or severe when it comes to labelling concussions. We still know very little about brain injuries and how long it takes somebody to recover fully from a concussion. Just say it's a concussion.

Agree but i am getting sick of the proliferation of roller hockey dangles coming about in hockey. See Anthony Duclair in same game. They are gonna get themselves killed eventually

Even worse is the term "concussion like symptoms" , WTF , tis is not a bet worth hedging people , he has a bloody concussion already
