Don't let Pederson get too comfortable just because he won the Super Bowl at such a relatively early age and allow him to sit on his duff and be content for the next 10 years. You don't want another Pittsburgh situation. Encourage Pederson to continually find ways to improve and challenge both himself and the Eagles organization. I really have a feeling he is going to squander this opportunity and I don't envy him one bit. Has to be tough to have it all fall in place from the get go, now he has to prove himself year in and year out. I'd rather build a dynasty slow and steady than to see if fall in your laps, but that's just me. Maybe the Eagles organization will figure things out before it's too late.
