The Eagles have already said they're gong to roll the dice with Wentz and hope his health insurance holds out. Sadly, they can't keep Foles holding a clipboard for 20Mil. I think Foles is the heart of the team right now. He generates excitement when he takes the field and that's hard to come by. One things for sure, if Foles gets dealt and Wentz goes down to another season ending injury, the Philly faithful won't be too forgiving.

I was really hoping the Eagles brass would do this. Definitely the right thing to do. I don't like the Eagles but Jeffrey Lurie has always struck me as a classy guy. Kudos to him and management.
