Remember that time the world was like "Take Luka Doncic" and the Kings were like "Nah, we're taking Marvin Bagley"?

Pepperidge Farm remembers
Bagley doesn't even play for them anymore.

LOL.

While not lottery related, the Nets have until June 1st on whether or not to take the Sixers pick at #23 in the 2022 draft or defer to next year.

Could be impactful on what the Sixers do this offseason.

I would think they would take it, unless they like the depth of next year's draft better I suppose. I would think the Sixers' pick would be in the same range at worst next year since they shouldn't be missing a key cog while he sits out in protest all season. That depends on Harden's level of play though...

Trying to decide what would be best to offer up as a sacrifice to the lottery Gods this afternoon.

The thing is, there isn't much difference between picking the mid to late 20s.
But, wouldn't it be a better gamble to defer and if the Sixers suffer key injuries, that pick could be much higher.
OTOH, taking the pick does limit the Sixers in offering sweeteners to move Tobias.

I would probably defer it.

But yeah Philly would be pretty stuck if they take it

When you factor in Gilbert's son, the Cavs have way greater chances in my calculations. GL to the top 4 teams.

#1 pick - 5.2%
#2 pick - 10.4%
#3 pick - 15.7%
#4 pick - 24.6%

Not like Brooklyn has a bunch of trade assets.

I expect them to take it.

They should take it now.....the Sixers get a bench and the pick won't be as good next year IMO.

I'm in the same boat.
A good draft could make at least one Detroit team watchable.
The Lions have a pretty good offense.....at least on paper right now.

They did pretty well in FA and the draft, no?

Peep this.

Bruh!!!!

I believe they were tied for 4th in odds last year too, they ended up with the 5th. This is a big draft for them. Getting a top 3 pick is a must imo.

I see more than just 3 guys in this draft but that top 3 is GOOD. Holmgren, Smith and Banchero. They need a big badly and really all 3 of those guys are more than bigs.

Yup.

Love all 3 of those guys for them.

Like Keegan or Sharpe for their next pick.

As long as they don't pick Ivey with their 1st pick, they should be able to nail this draft.

OKC has 17 first rounders over the next 5 years.
