Was in the $50 range which was 500-1000th place out of 376K but now 1,400th. $9 entry and winning $40 right now. Also, won 60 cents on a 25 cent contest. It’s just so difficult to win any kind of consistent money. When I hot the jackpot it is like $20 or $30 lol...gotta play big to win big.

I might try out that draft.com

If you put more than half your money into those any level of success pays for the tournaments

I might try my first one out this week. Like you said, less players and more opportunity for a big payout without the odds being super low.

Trying to figure out the lineup tonight. A couple of little tidbits...

Sherman will not be on Odell, at least more of the night. He only plays on the right side.
Jarvis is healthy. Callaway and Higgins will be back. Gives them a lot of depth at WR. Higgins might be worth a play but Sherman will be on him for most of the night.
The 49ers #2 CB Witherspoon will be out. Most likely, Greedy and Ward will be out again but right now they are questionable.
Looks like Dee Ford will be back and Tevin Coleman will be back as well.

Looks like the weakness for the 49ers is their secondary but you know Chubb will get his workload.
The 49ers are going to run the ball. That's what they do.
Might be a low scoring defensive game.

Entered in my first draft.com contest. $10 3 person snake draft. Winner gets $27. This is just for all 12 or 3 o'clock Sunday games.

This was much more difficult than I expected. Once the 3 slots filled up, they gave you 1 minute to look over the options. Then each person gets 30 seconds to select a players. 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR/TE. I guess the goal is to get in early and you can set a queue or list in preparation. I panicked on the RB's, I thought I took one earlier and it messed me up

Once you make some money it makes it easier to do the higher contests, $5-$9. Deposited $25 in fanduel and up to $75 so do some $2 contests here and there but I mainly do the $9 contests now...only to make a little bit of cash is to the more expensive ones. Plus if you do hit the jackpot and get lucky you get paid out a lot more.

I've never done baseball either, at least for a long time. Seems like it would be more difficult...idk. I would probably do better at golf than baseball.

Pitchers can be more valuable provided they don't go with a short leash in the playoffs. Hard to use them as a captain though because then you basically have to pick all scrubs on offense then
