Just announced on Vegas radio that he is interested in the UNLV head coaching job. Not sure how he is qualified for a head coaching position, but none the less he threw his hat into the ring.

The dude seems to know his shit, whether you like him or not, and might be very bright when it comes to basketball, but I dont see this being a good first head coaching job. Look at how it worked out for Rice...

I like him as an analyst mainly because he's the about the only one that shows the west coast respect. Not sure how I feel about him as a coach though. He should probably start somewhere else and work his way up to a job like UNLV.

Nah, let me tell you from experience... broadcasting doesn't transcend into great team leadership. Fine if he wants to work his way up but as a head coach with no experience? No way

UNLV won't hire him. They're better than that. I had to turn off the UCLA/Oregon game. I couldn't listen to his smartass comments disrespecting both teams and players anymore.
