Here is an article of proposed moves in the next week or so number 1. Got from foxsports.

The Phillies need bullpen help as general manager Ruben Amaro Jr. has said repeatedly in the last couple of weeks. Turns out that help could come from an unexpected source.

Amaro told reporters Monday afternoon that Phillies scouts will watch former Giants closer Brian Wilson throw later this week. Wilson is more than a year removed from Tommy John surgery (the dude with the funky beards).

Wilson appeared in only two games during the 2012 season before having surgery. He will throw for multiple teams including the Giants this week.

The mercurial Wilson known for unique facial hair and his quirky personality owns two World Series rings from his time with the Giants but contributed only to the 2010 title. Wilson recorded 48 saves that season with a 1.81 ERA.

Phillies fans might remember him from helping vanquish the Phils’ dreams of making a third straight World Series in the 2010 NL Championship Series. Wilson recorded three saves and a win in that series.

Should Wilson regain any percentage of that 2010 form he’d be a help to the Phils’ bullpen. The relievers have come and gone from Triple-A Lehigh Valley like a carousel with injuries and poor pitching plaguing the ’pen all season.

Joe Savery became the latest casualty Monday as the Phillies placed him on the 15-day disabled list with left elbow stiffness. Raul Valdes who began the year with the big-league team only to be sent down May 17 returned to fill Savery’s spot on the 25-man roster. Savery has a 1.38 ERA in 10 appearances this season but hasn’t pitched since July 13. Valdes also has made 10 appearances with the big-league club sporting a 7.65 ERA.

With this dope will not bring up Asche and/or Franco is beyond me as well. Then he has the temerity to state publically that "people don't know shit". Freakin a-hole is killing this club with his inactivity!

This season is now officially over.....well it probably been over. I've been waiting for this run or stretch of 8 game winning streaks....winning 15 out of 19. It's just not going to happen. They're a .500 team. Win 2 lose 3. Win 3 lose 5. Now Brown is out.

you can always judge how bad the phils played/are playing by the number of tastykakes i eat. so far, two packages of coffee cakes. i tend to drown my sorrows regarding the phils in high-calorie foods

I do pushups. If things don't change soon by the end of the season you'll look like Orson Welles and I'll look like I just got out of prison

Yea it does not look good with D. Brown out. And we are down 3 zip in the fourth to St Louie.

WTH, Mr Wallace. I guess it is not PC to refer to anything male and clubs these days. Sort of like the Washington bullets being changed to the Wiz!! Well if you come onto the Ram pages, unless it is a SportsHoopla wide policy, you can use club all day long because I am a mod over there. Not here though.

Freakin' Charlie just stands there. And Rueben is brain-dead. Everyone standing around with their thumb up their asses. This is not fun to watch anymore. Another asswhipppin' on the way.

Four4Four. A MOD is a moderator whose principal job is to monitor the pages to whom they are assigned and edit posts that become abusive or to report trollin' and SportsHoopla-wide policies. Each moderator also has their own rules on how they guide the group behavior of their specific pages. The mods are the police and community guides of each the individual pages within a forum. Your mods for these pages are Fordman84 and Powerchord86. I help out because I'm here a lot. They work under administrators who have greater functions and roles. Administrator post names are in green. You can have mods who are also administrators. So if you have a mod with a green post name, he is also an administrator. All of us work together under the owner who is Hammer Down who does a lot to keep this site a good and fun place to talk sports. Capeeche.

Also, you can ask any of the mods and Admins any questions you may have or suggestions about a specific forum or pages you may frequent. We have structure here but we are also pretty flexible. And as Powerchord86 and Fordman84 have stated here: If you don't behave like a bag of assholes, you'll have a peachy time here and find that this site really is a cool place to hang with your sports buds talking about your favorite teams.
