This game is polarizing to me... It can either be a barn-burner shootout, or an anemic pillow fight.

I do think the Bengals are hungry to make a statement though after a slow start. Home game vs an AFC favorite. But on the other hand they lost to a putrid Steelers team, and a Dak-less Cowboys squad, before taking out their frustrations on a lowly Jets team. Hard to know what to expect with this team.

Fins on the other hand are red hot, but they are coming off a short turnaround & have a laundry list of injuries after a tough win over a divisional opponent. Tua has back issues, Waddle has a groin issue, and their secondary is banged up.

Gonna have to sit this one out, as well as all Thursday night games....................no Amazon Prime. Just the principal of the matter, I already feel like the Sunday Ticket isn't the greatest value in the world. I have other hobbies that cost more, and I'm not willing to pay extra for games other day's of the week. About to get to the point where I say Fudge it, and just cancel my Sunday ticket and watch the local network games. So far this season, most of the games that I have interest in have been on the local channels. Haven't even watched a game on direct.

I think the Dolphins are in a rough spot which should give a considerable advantage to the Bengals. The Dolphins played two extremely difficult games and pulled both of them out. Last week's game against Buffalo was in the heat and players were dropping left and right. It's already hard to play on Thursday, let alone play on a Thursday after a game like that one. It's also difficult to win 3 in a row against playoff-level competion.

All that said, I keep thinking about the Bengals playing on a Thursday last year. They looked unprepared, slow, and not ready for action. And that was against Urban Meyer's Jags.... If they pull that shit against Miami they'll be down early. And being down early has led to predictable offense and problems with protection.

If the Bengals start fast tonight and get a lead I think they win. If they start slow, its going to be tough to pull one out. I think we'll know the winner after the first quarter.

I’m with ya on the Fins bein in a tough spot. Torn on starting Tua tonight in FF… I generally despise starting anyone on TNF. I just wish I had a better backup option. My backup is Stafford. Both have brutal matchups, so I’m forced to look at it in terms of who has the higher floor.
