Hello all,

The Fin's HC and GM are making lots of really good moves on their first year!
Adding Malik Willis was huge. Many consider him to be the QB with the most potential to take the next step with his career. Also, adding lots of players in key positions with one-year deals has been good. The Fins will be very salary cap limited in 2026 (301 million) However, in 2027 the team will be in the top 5 in available salary cap room with approximately 148 million in cap space.

Drafting Oline man Proctor will definitely beef up the lines and help protect the potential franchise QB. He will probably start at LG for a year then compete at RT. I foresee the team running the ball better this year, especially in short yardage situations. Jonah S. will probably move back to the right side where he spent his entire career and should be much more comfortable. The other draft picks have a theme: talented, smart, tough and physical. The Fins FO have confidence in their coaching staff to develop the players and the patience to wait on a player like WR Chris Bell as he recovers from injury. There is a lot that I like from this draft at OT/OG, CB, LB, WR, TE, S, Edge. The Fins added good competition also with the UDFAs

Hafley and Sullivan and other Fins staff are building a team that can play in cold weather and the playoffs. The team accomplished a lot this offseason already. I am expecting a well rounded playoff team within the next 2 or 3 years. Bravo Ross for adding the right FO staff. If Aikman had anything to do with adding these guys, kudos to him too.

Let's go Fins!

He appears to be making good personnel decisions recently. I like the way that the team is building.

Would really like to see this once proud franchise turn it around. Not expecting much in 2026, hope they can be at least competitive and start building for playoffs in 2-3 years.

Willis and the D will make or break this team. Good luck.

You will learn quickly that political comment should be in the political forum ONLY!
Are you new here?

People forget this all the damn time. Especially, in the general NBA forum and NBA off topic threads. Occasionally, in the NFL forum and they are heckled relentlessly.

:heh:

Just messing with ya.

You're one of my faves out of the new crew.

Thanks. 72 Dolphins are my favorite all time undefeated untied team.
