I heard on the local radio that Tampa was in the top 3 because of Wirfs and Winfield Jr. Not sure where Pitt is. I know the Jags are 31st, my local area, its awful considering their draft capital.

Colts being 2nd without a first round pick shows how far you can go with a competent front office

Wait a minute....

I refuse to pay for ESPN+, but I didn't know they're making you pay for shit you can get free at an earlier time from other sources.

PFF posted this January 30th, the mouse posted February 20th.

Fuck Mickey and the horse he rode in on.

im sure the order is different as PFF uses their own metric and ESPN flings the bullshit

Maybe the actual published dates are different, but its the exact same story.

As a part of our partnership with ESPN, this is a part of a story that was originally published on ESPN+ and can be viewed in its entirety here with your ESPN+ subscription

LMAO... Yea that list is straight up trash
All "post-draft" and "post-year-1" lists are trash. No one should be grading anything until after year 3 at the earliest - after all players get time to develop.

I'm curious how you could possibly think that the Steelers had a top 3 draft class last year.

Well the sample sizes are skewed but... According to PFF grades & metrics

Rd 2 - Chase Claypool - 16 games/6 starts
  • 62 rec (T-44th), 873yds (31st), 9 TDs (T-10th).
  • 2nd in most YAC among rookie WRs
  • 7th most valuable non-first Rd rookie per PFF WAR.
  • 31.1% Deep target rate (targets over 20+yds), but only 26% of his receptions on deep targets.
Rd 3 - Alex Highsmith - 16 games/5 starts
  • 48 Tackles, 5 TFLs, 2 sacks, 1 INT
  • PFF All-Rookie & All-Rookie DL Teams
  • Ranked as 3rd best defensive rookie of 2020 by PFF
Rd 4 - Kevin Dotson - 13 games/4 starts
  • PFF All-Rookie & All-Rookie OL Teams
  • 291 pass-blocking snaps = 1 QB pressure & 0 sacks allowed.

Everyone else was more or less negligible. But trading away their 1st rounder for Minkah Fitzpatrick... Basically saying they drafting Fitzpatrick this year.

1 all-pro, 2 PFF 1st teamers, and a top 5 rookie WR... Yea that's top 3 for me.

@Superbelt - Anything I'm missin here?

Bad draft for you guys, huh...
