Agree. Also - is there a reason why certain posters also portray things like this as season ending injuries? Give me a break. At this time it appears that Doctson has a minor sprain & will only possibly miss a preseason game.

As someone alluded to in another thread - this is the NFL. People get hurt. Stop acting like drama queens & acting as if every injury is a catastrophe.

That was predominately in his first season. He played most of last season. This one was a freak injury & doesn't appear that it will be anything long term.

What are you suggesting? If you and Coach had your way you would make impulsive moves every other day. The Redskins don't need castoffs from other teams like Bryant. They have been down that road before & it generally works out poorly.

They need to stick w/ Docston & the other young WRs. If they get hurt or don't pan out - so be it - retool next offseason. Personally I think that Docston will be fine this season - we will see. Jeez - you need to have at least a little patience.

well as the moderator here i dont have an issue of anyone starting threads on subjects we cover in another thread . some people dont want to sift through tons of posts to get to a certain thing

my original thing was let them open new threads and go from there , then i started combining threads , now i am leaning towards letting it go .

country does this a lot when we do game threads so i dont worry about it . let him go for what he likes

Can't speak for others, but personally I don't care about anyone opening up new threads or posting whatever they like. My pt was just that it makes no sense. This is the NFL. If you are going to overstate every injury then you are going to drive yourself crazy. Also this idea of "pick up this guy", "trade for that guy" is just laughable. Let's at least wait for the team to play actual regular season games before jumping to conclusions.

You obviously don't pay much attention to the NFL & all players. This was just a fluke injury & more than likely he will be fine. Lot's of guys get hurt in this manner & good chance that for both Payne & Doctson that if this were the regular season both would be playing in the upcoming game. Again - have a little patience.
