You know they do not test for HGH and it has been proven to heal cartilage when injected deep into the joint. It makes it seem like the joint is young and developing greatly boosting it's recovery time.

Short answer, no way did he not use HGH. But that is not against the rules because they do not test for it and they do not keep blood samples for future testing.
