Bortles May have a higher ceiling but fournette is back and they ca. Always bench bortles

I am a lifelong Redskins fan.

And I would defintely start Baker. Smith has looked awful. And as bad as the Bucs defense is, he is without 3 of his top 4 receiving weapons (if you can call them that) and the O line is in shambles.
