Behind 4-1 and getting picked off at 2nd with 2 runners on is really bad. He can't be here next year for sure.

No, there is a reason why you are a bench player; you aren't good enough to be a starter. Rollins is part of the hitting problem. Young is part of the hitting problem. Delmon Young is part of the hitting problem. Howard is part of the hitting problem (declining skill and always injured). Utley is part of the hitting problem.
Mayberry is outperforming the $11 million shortstop. Which isn't saying much, but highlights that Mayberry isn't the problem.
The Phillies are something like 35 - 16 when they score 3 or more runs.
