I never and still will not blame the refs for this game. Sure they got hosed on that one call. With that said, the Lions still did not make the plays needed when the refs had nothing to do with earlier comeback.

Good season for my Lions. I never expected playoffs. Caldwell and company can build off it now.

Ahum, they got hosed on multiple calls, on two consecutive drives; on the second one, the refs were directly responsible for keeping the Dallas TD drive alive (and the score), by ignoring THREE major blatant holds by the Dallas O-line on crucial plays (the 4th down, the holding defense call, and the TD). Also, of course, ignoring the PI-flag picked up the drive previously.

That is probably a 6 to 14 point swing in the game right there...

I'm genuinely confused. What were these terrible calls? They picked up the interference late. Other than that, what? The rest of the game seemed pretty even to me, and may actually have favored Detroit.

Hell, the worst call of the day was the OPI on Williams in the first half. He negated it by scoring a TD on the next play, but if Romo gets stopped on the next play, that would have been a complete game changer.

That was a brutally bad call. It's exactly what I thought of when the flag was picked up later on in the game.
