Old Lion
Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain
The long awaited return is just about here. He will be back for Delray Beach
Miss him. Hate when injuries ruins a guy career
He literally destroyed his wrist to win the US Open, and has been paying for it ever since.Miss him. Hate when injuries ruins a guy career
That's how I feel about Tommy Haas. Should have been a yearly top 10 player.
Ditto. Haas is a real decent guy too. Talked to him for a second at Newport 2 years ago.
Awesome. What did you say?
Was any of his family around?
Rochus was a favorite of mine to watch for a very long time.I didnt see any of his family (although I probably would not recognize them). I just asked him how he was feeling and he made a comment about his age, LOL. He was actually very friendly with many of fans as he was bantering with all of us. Just very laid back and down to earth.
He was practicing with O. Rochus and they were both playing to the group of fans. The practice courts are where you can get up real close. Rochus was actually rediculously talented with a racquet and could hit amazing spin shots (kind of like Santoro). His stature was the only think that held him back.
