2026 DC FANTASY FOOTBALL LEAGUE
HALFWAY POWER RANKINGS
Through 10 Rounds / 160 Picks
Ten rounds down. Ten to go.
These rankings grade THE DRAFT so far — value at the pick, reaches, steals, roster construction, positional scarcity, current roles/injuries, and what alternatives were available.
100 = essentially a perfect draft.
And because nobody wants to read 16 polite performance reviews, each team also receives an entirely unnecessary roast.
Historical notes and league records are based on the highly reliable institutional memory of people who have been wasting their lives in this league for years.
Let's upset everybody.
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. ATLANTA HYENAS
LGM
94/100 — A
Trend: ⬆ RISING
Allen/Achane provides an elite QB-RB foundation. Adams/Sutton/Worthy is a strong three-WR starting group, Harvey gives legitimate RB3 upside, Goedert solved TE without chasing the earlier run, and Seattle addressed D/ST scarcity.
Sutton at #80 remains one of Atlanta's best values.
Jeudy at #145 was particularly logical roster construction: Atlanta had three starting WR positions and exactly three receivers. Instead of accumulating another speculative RB, LGM added an established starting WR4.
Best Value: Courtland Sutton #80
Best Roster Pick: Jerry Jeudy #145
Biggest Gamble: Xavier Worthy #81
Homer Count: 2 Broncos
THE ROAST
Josh Allen in Round 2 surprised absolutely nobody.
LGM has now owned Allen four of the last six seasons — including three straight.
At this point LGM doesn't draft Josh Allen.
He renews the lease.
Davante Adams is entering Year 2 of the same arrangement, so apparently Atlanta's scouting department consists partly of:
"Did I like you last year?"
Then came the Great Denver Running Back War.
SpringStein takes J.K. Dobbins.
LGM takes R.J. Harvey.
SpringStein later takes Jonah Coleman.
LGM is currently claiming Harvey was simply the best player available.
SpringStein's attorneys have requested the draft transcript.
And then #144:
Houston D/ST goes.
Rams D/ST goes.
Denver D/ST goes.
LGM immediately takes Seattle.
That's not positional strategy.
That's watching three neighbors buy generators before a hurricane and suddenly remembering you don't own one.
Even better:
A Broncos fan got sniped on Denver's defense and retaliated by stealing Seattle's defense from the actual Seahawks fan.
Cross-fandom collateral damage has officially begun.

2. DETROIT CALICO CATS
Draft Crazy
93/100 — A
Trend: ⬆ RISING
Gibbs/Nabers remains one of the league's strongest opening foundations. Etienne and Hubbard created considerable RB depth, Kincaid filled TE, and Diggs/Higgins strengthened an already impressive receiving group.
Kamara at #159 is particularly interesting. At RB4, Detroit doesn't require vintage Kamara; usable independent touches and receiving work are enough.
The blemish remains Trevor Lawrence at #66, where Draft Crazy paid substantially for QB relative to alternatives.
Best Foundation: Gibbs + Nabers
Best Recent Value: Alvin Kamara #159
Biggest Reach: Trevor Lawrence #66
Homer Count: 0 Broncos
THE ROAST
Draft Crazy opened with Gibbs and Nabers, which is basically putting fantasy football on Rookie difficulty.
Then he selected Trevor Lawrence at #66 just to prove he hadn't outsourced the entire draft to someone competent.
But we need to acknowledge some history here.
Draft Crazy once owned Kevin Dyson EVERY YEAR OF DYSON'S NFL CAREER in this league.
Every.
Single.
Year.
That's not roster loyalty.
That's common-law marriage.
Which makes 2026 even stranger:
Draft Crazy is a Broncos fan and currently owns ZERO Broncos.
LGM has two.
SpringStein has two.
Draft Crazy is just standing outside the Denver custody hearing saying:
"I've changed."
Nobody believes him.

3. CHATTANOOGA CHUPACABRAS
DanBengalfan
92/100 — A-
Trend: ⬆ RISING
CMC/McBride/Higgins established an excellent foundation, while Murray, Metcalf and Henderson added balance and upside.
Dylan Sampson at #155 is exactly the kind of later RB selection worth making: contingent upside without spending premium draft capital.
The primary concern isn't construction.
It's CMC's durability.
Best Value: Strong value throughout roster
Best Upside Pick: Dylan Sampson #155
Biggest Risk: Christian McCaffrey health
Homer Watch: 1 Bengal... so far
THE ROAST
DanBengalfan drafted Tee Higgins and somehow resisted spending the next nine selections recreating Cincinnati's offense.
Veteran league members know what this means.
He's not cured.
He's WAITING.
Every year Dan holds off just long enough to convince everyone he's drafting rationally.
Then the late rounds arrive.
Some Bengals WR5 catches three passes in a preseason game...
...and the dam breaks.
By Round 18 he'll be explaining why Cincinnati's fourth-string tight end has "an interesting path to targets."
For now, though, Chattanooga has become the team everybody looks at and says:
"Dammit. I was taking him next."
Unfortunately, Dan also drafted Christian McCaffrey.
So this beautifully engineered operation is currently being held together by approximately four square inches of hamstring tissue.

4. PHOENIX BULLDOGS
Swords
91/100 — A-
Trend: ⬆ RISING
Bijan/Garrett Wilson/Bowers is arguably the league's strongest three-position opening core.
Waiting on quarterback ultimately produced Baker Mayfield at a reasonable cost rather than forcing the position.
Tre Tucker at #160 provides another receiving option.
There is, however, additional evidence concerning why Tre Tucker may have appeared particularly attractive to this manager.
Best Foundation: Bijan + Wilson + Bowers
Best Patience: Waiting on QB
Most Suspicious Pick: Tre Tucker #160
Homer Count: 3 Raiders
THE ROAST
Bijan.
Garrett Wilson.
Brock Bowers.
Excellent.
For several rounds Swords appeared to be staging one of the greatest outbreaks of self-control in league history.
Then we counted.
THREE RAIDERS.
There he is.
Veterans of this league knew Swords' condition was chronic.
We simply thought it was in remission.
Tre Tucker at #160 officially confirmed the diagnosis.
THE HOMER HAS ENTERED THE CHAT.
And like DanBengalfan and CheerUpCharlie, Swords has historically demonstrated that once the homer dam breaks late...
...it doesn't gently leak.
It fails catastrophically.
Raiders practice-squad players should keep their phones on.
