Saw this while watching the Dallas debacle tonight (Romo is such a choke pro). But, with S.Jackson likely missing a few weeks, Amendola possibly out for the season and Bradford also missing some playing time, StL may have bought a raffle ticket for a top five draft pick.

I doubt the Rams or Panthers would jump on Luck. They would more than likely be asking for lots of compensation to improve the rest of their team.
