I think if you time out once, all subsequent picks should get skipped until the first pick is made.

While I agree in principal. If he had 2 picks in a row he would be on the clock for 48 or 36 hours depending on the round. Just because there are some picks inbetween, why would that change?

I can see both sides.

In a typical draft, if an owner fails to pick in the allotted time, he is awarded the BPA per ADP and then is autopicked the remainder of the draft.

In a similar way, Shane's autopick (or autoskip) is on for the rest of the draft. Yes?

Our drafts are different. In that we do drops along with the picks. In the other dynasty I am in, you have to make your drops before the draft and will be autopicked if you are not there for your pick. If I am understanding your last sentence, yes he can make these picks anytime between now and the end of the draft. Since Monkey has already declared his pick a pass, once Femurov makes his final pick the draft is over. At that point Shane's picks official become passes and any spots he wants to fill will be done from WW/FA.

Maybe it is a 2 part rule.

36 hour time frame passes and you still haven’t made your first pick?

That person deserves to have all their picks skipped.
