I never felt Moore, or the defense for that matter, was to blame for that game

It was one play

The offense went into a shell and choked for 2 overtimes

The offense choked the whole game, if not for 2 Trindon Holliday returned touchdowns we wouldn't have even been in position to win the game but that was still the defense who killed us(mainly Del Rio and his shitty playcalling).

Probably the one cut that I am most disappointed in is Zaire Anderson. I know that McCray is supposed to have this great talent and that is why he stayed on the team but he spent the entire preseason/training camp in the tub. I just wish he had more earned his spot as I know that Anderson fought like crazy to make this team and was really showing some great promise over these last couple of preseason games.

I'm also expecting that the team will still make a couple more moves before all is said and done. I have a hard time seeing them keep both Gradkowski and Shelley Smith on the team. To me that is just having one of them be a place holder until we find another OT.

I had said this after the last preseason game but the one guy I was thinking we might keep but was hoping we wouldn't was Curtis Marsh. I have heard in practice he has been doing great which I know that is part of the evaluation process but in games he just flat out was our worst cover corner in my opinion. He might be good at special teams as Elway said that is why they kept him but still I wish he had more to offer than just that. I am actually hoping when Ward gets off his suspension that Marsh is the one to go instead of Bush. I really liked what I saw out of Bush in this last game.

As much as I like McCray and raved about him when we signed him I think Zaire deserved a roster spot over him. i had figured McCray was probably a gonner this year.. I wanted to see both make it, but felt Zaire earned it more so. Can't complain as I am a McCray fan too but I feel bad for Zaire as he did everything he could to make the active roster this year.

Some of these guys others are talking about signing to the PS do not have PS eligibility.

I am not sure on Ben Garland. He was on the PS for 2 years then the active roster, but there is a new rule where you can keep 1 player who has been on the PS more then 1 full year. But something about the rule may be that he can't sign to Denver's but can sign to another teams (Think that was the old rule) and with the new rule I think he may be Bronco eligible. The PS rules are tough as they keep changing. So we will find out today. I am not sure he is worth a PS spot at this point. He has had 3 years in our organization and barely looks like a good backup.

Curtis Marsh- I don't think is eligible. He has played 4 years in the NFL.

I agree with George that he is probably cut either before week 1 or soon after. He is a cheap vet minimum salary at this point, but lets not forget at one time Marsh was a pretty darn good prospect.

I think he and Josh Bush are good enough to make a roster but not valueable enough as to when others start coming back or other moves are needed they could be expendable.

Zaire - I'm sure is a guy the Broncos wanted to stash on the practice squad - and the waiver system lets you know if you gaged that wrong. We won't know until 2PM today. If the Broncos sneak Zaire onto the practice squad they made the right call.

My theory is Joe Don Duncan will be signed to the practice squad too. I think letting him go in the earlier cut helps hide his value to the roster. Only one Fullback - in Casey - the depth chart shows Green as the back up FB. Joe Don Duncan has a NFL career ahead of him - too. He blocks with unusual authority.

Tony Carter - eventually the league minimum for service - trumps a guy like this' value to the team - his minimum became too expensive for the role. This was signaled during the draft when the Broncos draft two CBs and swept up some other players as street FAs.

On McCray - he didn't even make an impression in TC - because he was injured for most of it. I'm wondering if he could be snuck onto IR.

Semian - the guy is a real find - IMO. Calm, cool and collected - with a bazooka arm - he has value even as the 3rd guy.

Jordan Taylor - This guy is perfect for the PS - with the attrition in the NFL for injuries among WRs - Jordan will get his opportunities with the Broncos.

Louks - is also a guy - I'd love to see get on the PS - you need a guy in waiting who can be a returner.

Dillion Day and Chucka Ndulue are two more who merit a PS invitation and have good upside.

The one thing that really seems to me to standout about Marsh is he has the hips of a Lb. Way to stiff. To me he looks more like a underweight Lb than Db. IMO
