The only one that is a slight surprise is Jordan. He really re-dedicated himself in the off-season, but it wasn't enough with the veterans on the team and the need to truly protect QB1.

A little. 3TE usually comes down to ST - Moss wasn't a huge contributor there. My guess is they want him on the PS.

Its actually a good sign that things are working well in the building. In years past the Bengals would always favor keeping a guy with name recognition or that is chummy with the star player. Moss fits both of those.... But, its not the right football move. As you said the third tight end needs to be a ST guy as he's not likely to get in on offense (maybe a play or two). Moss is a great candidate for the PS and would be a servicable replacement if something happens to the top 2 guys.

Not much left from the Marvin days. A couple of important players - Mixon, Boyd, Bates, Hopkins, and Hubbard. The long snapper and punter are both Marvin guys but are also both long in the tooth and will be gone soon.

Zac needs to show some wins this year. This is his team and his coaching staff.
