Ouch:
FREE FROST!
I think MnB is trying to deflect since everyone seems to be jumping off of the Michigan boat.Born and raised in Louisana and you can't blame a guy who wants to stay home and close to family. Would love to take a shot at Frost here (because rolling Nebraska fans is so much fun) but this isn't on him.
I don't know man. They convinced him to leave his family and play in Nebraska once already and while a salary of $310,000 isn't chump change, my guess is that it would at least double (if not more) with the titles they were going to give him at Nebraska. That's a lot of money to turn down.Born and raised in Louisana and you can't blame a guy who wants to stay home and close to family. Quality of life doesn't revolve around just money. Dude needs his coon and gator sandwiches.I don't know man. For another $300,000 he could have live ones flown into Nebraska lolQuality of life doesn't revolve around just money. Dude needs his coon and gator sandwiches.
When you're 18 years old, it's pretty appealing to leave home for a new adventure, especially when you have the chance to play for one of the most legendary coaches of all-time.I don't know man. Never a bad day to LOL at nebraska. Having a former player turn down a but load more money, promotion in title, to stay a position coach at LSU is funny no matter how you look at it.When you're 18 years old, it's pretty appealing to leave home for a new adventure, especially when you have the chance to play for one of the most legendary coaches of all-time.
When you're in your 40s, it's nice to be near family and embrace stability. LSU just won the NC, he's clearly doing a great job with WRs. This was a dumb thread, but it is the offseason I suppose.
From up here, it looks like a smart move by him, and most fans see it that way. Can't relate to the petty things michigan fans need to amuse themselves these days, I guess.Never a bad day to LOL at nebraska. Would you rather be the backup on a title winning team or the starter on a below average team?Never a bad day to LOL at nebraska. Having a former player turn down a but load more money, promotion in title, to stay a position coach at LSU is funny no matter how you look at it.
