I love telling this story... I hate pop music. Always have. Avoided it my entire life...

I heard Alien Ant Farm play Smooth Criminal and I thought it kicked ass... Years later I heard the Michael Jackson version on the radio. I yelled to my wife, "Check this out! Someone wrote a cheesy version of that Alien Ant Farm song!!!"....

But everything in the video is a tribute to MJ.
The "leaning," the lighted sidewalk, sitting in a silver glove chair, the monkey, the tattoo of Liz Taylor and even the "thriller" moves by the old guys.

(Maybe even the exploding car was code for when MJ was burned doing the Pepsi commercial?)

But for MJ, i think I've only seen the halloween video and the face chaning one, so I'll probably miss thd references...
