So we have 4 big match-ups one after another with no overlap. Pretty rare that happens. Gonna be a fun Sunday as I get every game on DAZN. Basically, all the other games on the slate are just kinda meh.

Thats still a thing right? Or did they change that rule too.

Technically it's still in place, but they've been suspending the blackout policy on an annual basis for about 10 years now.

We used to routinely get 1 or 2 games a year blacked out late in the season. It's particularly difficult to sell out games around the holidays, because people have other expenses and travel plans. IIRC, the "miracle comeback" wildcard playoff game vs. Houston wasn't shown on local TV.
