Anybody else concerned that we may have a true freshman that arrived on campus about 7 months ago and a walk-on redshirt sophomore starting on the o-line? I hope it is that these two kids are just that good that we can't keep them off the field but it usually means your o-line is not good. Barney needs to produce something this year and i don't see this as a good sign. Somebody, please give me a reason to believe that Barney Cotton has a clue.

I do not like Barney Cotton as a coach, beck should let garrison take over imho

I'm not concerned. More concerned with Barney's coaching ability. The kids were studs coming in, they will hold their own.

No might, that's what we got. We finished in the top 10 nationally in rushing in spite yet.

The last 4 games of the year (1-3) we rushed it 180 times for 643 yards.....3.5/carry. That isn't going to work without a stellar passing attack... which we don't have.

Our rushing offense when healthy was spectacular, even when we were beat up we came real close to winning the B12. We have never been a great passing team and I don't expect that to change just yet if ever. Our rushing game last season would have also led the B1G, the defense was second only to Ohio St.

If these guys are that good, who cares if they are young? It's better to get 4 years with them.
