It's funny that those same traits have followed him at Miami.

He's a good recruiter, and an all around great guy, but he's not a good motivator. Molding his players into being great men is his goal, winning is secondary, which is admirable, but when you want championship level football, he's not the guy. He got close a couple of times at UGA with insanely talented teams, but if it wasn't Florida ruining the season, it was South Carolina.
