Figure we can keep it updated here over the final couple of weeks
Feels like thats closer to 40% than 5%. Michigan plays OSU like Bama plays Georgia5% chance Michigan can win out and beat Maryland and OSU.. that should punch their ticket.. but, incredibly unlikely. That’s all the discussion they warrant in a thread like this lol
Not this OSU team. Best offense and likely top 5 defense. Meanwhile, Michigan has been limping past should-be cupcakes like MSU, Purdue, and Northwestern. They have to beat Maryland this week first.. that’s sadly no “gimme”Feels like thats closer to 40% than 5%. Michigan plays OSU like Bama plays Georgia
not sure I'd call it "incredibly unlikely". MD win seems like a lock. Far better chance to beat OSU at home this year than it was on road last year.5% chance Michigan can win out and beat Maryland and OSU.. that should punch their ticket.. but, incredibly unlikely. hope I'm not jinxing my own team but do think OSU is a step above the others this season. For sure they could beat 2 and 3.4-10 are almost interchangeable but all could beat the undefeated teams IMO. Too much parity now.
You guys are way better this year than you were last year, and wiser.not sure I'd call it "incredibly unlikely". MD win seems like a lock. Far better chance to beat OSU at home this year than it was on road last year.
lol. Watching him cry and whine from having a flag planted was so cringe.Lost nearly every top player on D not named Downs. Nearly every good player on the OL. 2 NFL caliber RBs, NFL 1st round WR AND the QB. Not sure how much better we are but UM is definitely better. You guys are way better this year than you were last year, and wiser.
Plus you don’t have that Charmin soft crybaby Jack Sawyer on your team anymorelol. Watching him cry and whine from having a flag planted was so cringe.
Meanwhile, the OSU band had made a giant bear that took a dump on the Michigan flag a few weeks prior.. so shots were already fired in regards to flags
OSU has the #1 D in the nationLost nearly every top player on D not named Downs. Nearly every good player on the OL. 2 NFL caliber RBs, NFL 1st round WR AND the QB. Not sure how much better we are but UM is definitely better.
D is better and guessing the system/DC.OSU has the #1 D in the nation
On average they give up 7.5ppg, 113 passing yds, 81 rushing yds..
They have such a good recruitment system (and spend enough money) that they can lose a ton and be even better the next year. Most Other schools can’t do that.
Just for referenceD is better and guessing the system/DC.
No doubt Day has figured out how best to recruit and use his NIL money. Seems like while he is going to go after his share of 5* guys he's using a lot of that money to keep players and/or lure them from other teams.A
Agree most schools cannot do what OSU does but many could and so far not on his level.
OK, but that's not terrible (nt that it's anything special) of course). Are you really saying your team is not a better team this year?Just for reference
Michigan gives up 20.9ppg, 202 yds passing and 96 yds rushing per game
Yikes
If we were healthy I’d say absolutely yes. However, we have lots of injuries, we’re starting 6 freshman on offense alone. We’re the youngest team in the Big 10. Last year we faced the toughest schedule one could ask for too.OK, but that's not terrible (nt that it's anything special) of course). Are you really saying your team is not a better team this year?
aren't you a tad better at QB which is really important? If we were healthy I’d say absolutely yes. However, we have lots of injuries, we’re starting 6 freshman on offense alone. We’re the youngest team in the Big 10. Last year we faced the toughest schedule one could ask for too.
FCS week!!!The SEC could take a hit this weekend in their overall defensive and offensive stats.
They need to be careful, here comes Eastern Illinois, Western Kentucky, Charlotte, and Coastal Carolina. Alabama, LSU, Georgia and South Carolina are however, favored in each of these games.
