I'm just waiting for someone to lay his ass out. He's got to be driving teams nuts at this point.

He is what he has been all along. Always open and always makes plays. Seems he is finally getting the opportunity he should have all along. But, he's no Riley Cooper...:suds:

Yep, and if he had to vote between Tony and Dak as the starter who do you think he picks?

No doubt in my mind he picks Romo. Look say whatever you want to, when 88 is on the field it is different. Look at week 2, T Williams didn't even catch a pass.

Somebody has gotten it. I don't remember this many bubble screens being called for him in the past.
Or maybe Beasley is to Dak, as Witten is to Tony. Look I am all in on Tony getting his chance, but you can't deny Dak and Cole have a connection on the field.

Yes but Romo and Cole had a good connection as well. Truthfully, I doubt Beasley is even in the league if it wasn't for Romo.

I think Romo went Dez, Witt, Murray , Beasley, Williams

I think Dak goes Beasley , Witt, Williams , Elliott, Butler

I don't think you understand what I'm saying, Withen is the guy Romo trusted when he needed that security blanket, Cole looks to be the man Dak trusts.

I get what you are saying, but I kind of disagree. IMO Dak's "guy" is the "open guy". I think he has proven that and I think that is what makes him so good. Two HUGE passes to Witten in the game last week. The first down where he fought for the yard inside the 5 and the out pattern at the end of the game. A few big first downs to TW as well. Dak will spread it around and make the smart throw more often than not and the guy that gets open will get the ball.

No argument about the open guy, but when he has to find a receiver NOW he looks for Beasley like Romo looks for Witten and Aikman looked for Novacheck. It's not a bad thing to have that guy you trust to be there to bail you out. In no way am I saying he'll force the ball to Cole.
