Well the DC position is not available at this time. Richard is still the DC. As for the OC Looks like Brian Schottenheimer QB coach of the Colts may get hired. Not very inspiring IMO.

Not sure how I feel about this. I really didn't expect PC to get really aggressive with his OC choice. And I'm glad he didn't get a dinosaur like Schula.

But I'm not sure what Schot brings to the table.

Yeah Schula ranked last on the list for me. There were some more interesting choices, but in truth these choices are hoping for HC position.

We should hear something by Monday, imo... Carroll/Schneider tend to surprise us so curious to know who they have in mind...

According to Rapoport, job has been offered and contract details are all that remains to be hashed out....

I can't really say. He has never really coached an offense with a quality QB. Luck barely played for him.

I think it was unlikely that we would bring in one of the hot shot young OCs since they are going to want an HC gig.

Schula was the only one I really didn't want.

Are you really sure of that? Guess for me improving the OL is actually what matters. The OC in Pete’s offense is going to follow what Pete wants out of the offense, which is running the ball and controlling TOP. To do that need at least a average OL.

I might of gotten sick if Sark or Cable was named OC and didn’t want Schula either. So at least none of those happened.

Well, the Raiders and Gruden didn't think Cable was doing a bad job,so we will see.

I do think he is a good coach, just had nothing but crap to work with. There is a reason Gruden jumped right on him.
