The coaching carousel really makes you think that organizations like the Steelers and the Pats have it right with the stability they have in their organizations. Especially the Steelers.

These teams that are constantly firing and hiring coaching staffs sends their teams in continuous rebuilds. It's getting ridiculous.

No better case in point than Miami firing Flores.
