I do give Garrett a lot of credit for making this coaching situation work but it really is a team of coaches for the Cowboys. You have Rod Marinelli, Scott Linehan, Bill Callahan, you still have Monte Kiffin in the coaches box giving his 2 cents. I think the coaching staff as a whole did an amazing job, not sure Garrett alone was the difference maker.

I think Arians is the guy.

I've had to deal with a flooded apartment three times in the last 5 years, every time due to the toilet overflowing. Sucks ass. I probably need to start using stool softeners or something since in addition to clogging the toilet my turds are usually really hard and my BF cut my butthole apart when he was pounding my anus causing bleeding.
