I doubt he'll win, despite having the same record today as Arians and Garrett. But I personally have to give Caldwell a lot of props. In Indy and even all the interviews he has done here, he seems like kind of a wet noodle. But (besides for Raiola who is who he is at this point) he has done a wonderful job of instilling some discipline in one of the most out of control teams in the league coming into this year. And I know Arizona has dealt with some injuries, but we haven't exactly been the healthiest team ever either.
