Sorry, thinking McCoy with Bucs (no longer) but why fire OC McCoy (no QB) and not fire Wilks? In any case, Cardinals season is over before it ever started.

Unfortunately it’s wont be that easy. Gruden just signed a 5 year extension. We all know danny’s Disdain for paying coaches that don’t work out. We saw how he handled Zorn and Shanahan. Expect the same for Gruden. It will get ugly. That’s just the way Danny is.

Because McCoy was comically awful. Wilks may get fired too by the end of the year but McCoy had to go. Give wilks till the end of the year with a new OC.

His job isnt to build the team. His job is to coach the team. If he shows hes incompetent at that through 16 games then tough.

look year one for a HC is evaluation of who ypou have and what you need . year 2 is getting the players , year 3 is when you start getting judged
