He's doing anything to hold onto relevancePlease let it lie, Kevin
I'm one of the rare exceptions that actually liked Clerks 2 more than the first.

Dem sweet tittays on Rosario ftw.....I'm one of the rare exceptions that actually liked Clerks 2 more than the first.
Pussy troll...There are a ton of great scenes in that movie, but one of my personal favorites is:
I can see it. Honestly as a character Trevor > Randal (I just threw up a bit). Plus you have Rosario Dawson and Jen Schwalbach. And if you didn't watch the original as a teenager you get a decent indie movie versus something that was black and white and Dante was an annoying fuck.
I disagree. The sequel doesn't touch the original. But if you like quirky movies and didn't work in a convenience store as a 90's teenager and have never seen Mallrats yeah I get it.
Clerks 2 was funnier, no doubt. Clerks is the better movie, imo, although I think it works better with the original ending where the Clerk gets shot because the whole point of the movie is about taking accountability for your own life and happiness.I'm one of the rare exceptions that actually liked Clerks 2 more than the first.

While good in theory, I don't think the original cast and ensemble can be topped. No Alan Rickman, no George Carlin. Everyone else is older.I'd rather get Dogma 2.

I think Dogma is a perfect storm movie and a sequel might be really awful.
Kevin Smith should make a Chasing Amy sequel and watch the internet rip him apart.
