Here's how I would anticipate the draft going with the current order as of 3/28/12.

1. Bobcats - Anthony Davis. It's a lock.
2. Wizards - Michael Kidd-Gilchrist. He's the exact opposite of the recent players that have come through their system. He's mature, hardworking and has a lot of upside. He fills a need for them as well at the SF position. They need to change the culture there and it starts with MKG
3. Hornets - Andre Drummond. He has issues with consistency, but the Hornets have a great coach in Monty Williams, who will get the most out of this guy. Kaman's departure opens up immediate time for the kid.
4. Blazers - Bradley Beal. Batum would likely slide over to the SF position and Beal could fill the scoring role that they've sorely lacked at the wing position.
5. Raptors - Harrison Barnes. They have a hole at the SF position. Could take a big here, but with Valanciunas likely coming over next year, I think they fill a position they're lacking right now.
6. Pistons - Thomas Robinson. He could go as high as the Hornets, but I think he'd make an excellent fit here next to Monroe. He'll bring a toughness that they're lacking right now. He'll find a way to get things done.
7. Kings - Perry Jones III. The Kings have never been shy to taking a guy with big talent and with personality concerns. Cousins has come on this year at the C spot, and if Jones can produce as his talent suggests, they could be a formidable front court.
8. Cavaliers - Cody Zeller. Varaejo could slide back over to his natural position at PF and let Zeller slide into the C spot. Ton of upside here if he declares.
9. Jazz - Kendall Marshall. They could go a couple ways here, but with Jefferson, Millsap, Favors and Kanter on the block, they'll need a guy who can facilitate for them. Marshall fits perfectly here.
10. Bucks - Tyler Zeller. The loss of Bogut hurts their Center position and they get a chance to get a big guy who can contribute and do all the little things in the middle.
11. Blazers - Jared Sullinger. He doesn't exactly fit a need, but he could easily play along side Aldridge in the post. It's a safe pick for a team rebuilding, and he'll be able to contribute right away.
12. Hornets - Austin Rivers. His stock right now suggests he's somewhere in the late teens, but I think he'll end up having fantastic workouts against the other guards. With EG's uncertainty, they get a guy who's an explosive player who can fill in at either back court positions.
13. Suns - Damian Lillard. Nash isn't getting any younger, and getting a guy who's already a good scorer to learn to play the point behind a 2 time MVP would be worth the shot here.
14. Rockets - Jeremy Lamb. The Rockets have been trying to move KMart, which means he's not going to be there long term. Lamb should fill in nicely here.
15. Rockets - James McAdoo. Too much talent to pass up on here. Doesn't fit a need, but high upside here.
16. Nuggets - John Henson. The Nuggets are pretty deep at every position, but they take the guy with the next highest upside here in Henson.
17. T-Wolves - Terrence Ross. Wes Johnson has struggled all year. They need to get a guy who can score at the 2 spot to help out Rubio and Love.
18. Celtics - Terrence Jones. This would be the ideal situation for him. He's a guy with a questionable motor and putting him on this veteran team would allow him to mature. Too much talent to pass up here.
19. 76ers - Dion Waiters. Sixers need a guard who can help score and would be a nice compliment to the team. Questionable character guy, but he's a nice fit in this spot.
20. Grizzlies - Royce White. With Randolph coming off injury, I think White would be a nice backup to have there. He has a lot of talent if he can get over his anxiety.
21. Rockets - Meyers Leonard. Big man backup to Dalembert.
22. Celtics - Arnette Moultrie. The Celtics are swinging for the fences with this pick. Moultrie could be a steal if he ever gets things going in the right direction.
23. Hawks - Quincy Miller. The SF position has been a trouble spot for the Hawks. Miller has some concerns but at this spot they'd be happy to get a guy of his talent.
24. Pacers - Patrick Young. They're deep at the PF spot, but if Young can fill in time at the C spot, he provides good value here.
25. Cavaliers - CJ Leslie. Mixed reviews on the guy, but if he gets things right could be a nice fit at SF for the Cavs. At this spot they should be willing to take a flier on him.
26. Magic - Tony Mitchell. Provides the Magic with a boost of athleticism. Kind of a combo forward, but the Magic will find time for him if he can produce.
27. Warriors - Andrew Nicholson. Has had comparisons to David West. With the addition of Bogut, the Warriors will look to run their offense through the Big Men on the team and Nicholson would be an excellent fit. He can hit the mid range jump shot as well as score in the post.
28. Heat - Mason Plumlee. Good athlete who will get up and down the court with this team. He can finish the dump offs around the rim and defend a bit as well.
29. Thunder - Draymond Green. He'll be their version of DaJuan Blair. Undersized but a hard worker who will help out with their interior play.
30. Bulls - Jeff Taylor. Taylor will give them another athlete who can spell them at the wing positions. He'll be able to run the court with Rose and finish at the rim.
