I think you find some ways to work him in. Seems like a great option to have on 2nd and long, or 3rd downs if he can block a little, too.

But, if you are going to line up with Boyd, Higgins, CJ, Chase, and Evans coming out of the backfield or even in motion out of the backfield - defenses are going to have a tough time keeping up with them. The key will always be the OL giving Burrow enough time to find the right guy.

It's no coincidence that when the offense has struggled to move the ball, the OL has not been able to block well in those stretches, and when they do move the ball - the OL has protected at least at a competent level.

I do think the play-calling can be better, but it will always start up front. It's no coincidence, either, that this defense has had a breakthrough and the DL is leading the charge - stuffing the run, pressuring the QB, allowing the LB's to work in space, not allowing WR/QB extra time to work open, etc...etc...

When you get good line play - good things are likely to happen.

His route on the go-ball was incredible. You'd hope that Taylor would line this up until teams stop it. I mean, he'll likely draw coverage from a slot corner or a 4th corner. If there is no safety help over the top, it's a problem. Having a back that can catch like him creates all sorts of match-up problems.

Imagine having issues in your running game, and having this kid on your team and not using him.

Yeah, that was Michigan last year and Harbaugh. Evans already has more touches this year than he did last year at Michigan.
