Top Notch
They had Chip on NFL network and I found it pretty interesting. The Eagles' CEO stated that you cant win in this league without taking risk. He's supporting Chip.
It's all about individual perception on this board, my man. People here don't want to do any research, and especially no critical thinking... they make a snap assessment on something like Kelley's roster moves and then that ill-informed and often ignorant conclusion is set in stone and they will fiercely defend said opinion, regardless of validity...
All in all, I think Kelly has the makings of a Belicheck...confidence in his system as a team system. Arrogant to the point that he thinks he can win with anybody. If he wins this year, then he is right, and he is in good cap shape. I'm confident they will be awesome next year, with Mariota at QB.
If a rooster laid an egg, his name is probably Mayhew.
Lol @ all the armchair experts wonder how people keep jobs that they personally could only dream of having. I drive a car every, day... guess by the logic around here I'm better than all the NASCAR/INDY/F1 drivers who aren't in the top 10% of their respective positions. Because that's pretty much exactly what goes on here, and I think it's pretty hilarious that people think they'd really do a better job then these guys who are paid millions to basically run a billion dollar organization. But yeah, some dudes who watch and follow the NFL as a hobby know best, that's for sure...
Wonder whatever happened to that TrustmeIamRight dude?
This is hilarious quote from a dude who has top 5 arm chair GM as his moniker.
I miss Mike and Trevor. The boards were livelier then.
Chip Kelly is a great example of someone who does not get it. I give him 2 years before he's back coaching a college team.
Kelly went 8-23 since you posted this, but now he gets it and is smart?
Parts of his playbook work.I don't hold anything against him while working for that clown Balkke or with that other clown, Kaepernick.
Other teams like the Pats and Raiders have adopted parts of his playbook into their own, and run them successfully. His system works with motivated professionals.
Parts of his playbook work.
His system took a big hit in 2015, when he got rid of a couple key OL players and attempted to replace them with spare parts.
Smart coaches who get it try something different when there's a struggle. Kelly just simplifies his offense and says that it needs to be executed better.
3-0, with wins over Cleveland, Chicago, and a trap road game for Pittsburgh.Well, it was his third year in the pros. He's obviously a smart football coach.
Pederson was 5-0 coming into Detroit, ended up in last place in the East. What's his problem? Shit happens. Will he get canned after 2 1/2 seasons too?
I talked to him the other day.Wonder whatever happened to that TrustmeIamRight dude?
Livelier for sure.I miss Mike and Trevor. The boards were livelier then.
