I remember when Drew Lock came out of college I was comparing him to Derek Carr as a bit of a backhanded compliment. That certainly wouldn't be the case now. Carr has gotten quite a bit better and the Raiders have done a good job flipping their roster to compete. Derek Carr is a legit franchise QB. Who knew?

I'm kinda expecting the Raiders to finish around 11-5. Their defense is holding them back, though.
