Part of the "others" but you are correct. Cold weather teams will have only a running back or defensive player have a chance. It is passing yards and touch downs that win the Heisman.
There was a show on ESPN in which the hosts were discussing Alabama's injuries to its two wide receivers. One was making an excuse and pretty much said they would have won otherwise. The other made this point, Young was the freaking Heisman Trophy (the best college player in the country) winner and looked like an ordinary QB when under pressure including the pick six to seal the loss.
But even Bennett was the beneficiary of two outstanding catches.
Young should give 25% of his trophy to the wide receivers and 50% to his offensive line (although in this game they get part of the failure) and keep 25% for himself.

Underwent surgery yesterday. Been in a hydrocodon haze and only awake a few minutes every couple of hours.

It sucked but congrats to GA.

Hope the recovery goes apace in every way you might wish it would....
