Honestly, even as a Seahawk fan, I don't see them as a contender yet. For sure not top 5.
There's a few other teams I would put in there as well. As mentioned, the Chiefs and also the Rams, Steelers and Bears. To me, all of these are more of a contender than the Hawks, Chargers or Eagles.
Maybe Indy, Dallas or the Browns if everything falls into place but not top 5.
Of course, a bunch if teams and fanbases can be hopeful before January comes around.

Seattle to me isn't really any better or worse than they were last season and that was a one and done wild card team so I wouldn't pick them as a top 5 contending team. In fact I lean more on being a little worse with the loss of Baldwin and Clark than being better this upcoming season.

But with football as long as you make the playoffs you have a legitimate chance of winning a SB it's just that some teams have a lot better odds of it than others.

Seattle and Philly have some work to do to deserve to be in the top 5 IMO.

Probably should be LA and KC there. Then again I'm basing a lot of that on last year and that tends to not be the best idea.
