Well, I guess he clearly won't be signing with the Marlins.



I still don't get why Correa felt the need to say this though. Only reinforces the perception throughout the league that he's a huge asshole.

Fans can say it, usually players won't say it about each other unless they really dislike each other. It's also not very common that players rip on the generation before them.

It's one of those, it's true, but he shouldn't say it kind of concepts.

Then A-rod won twice. Then when Jeter won in 2005 A-Rod was a 3b and Vizquel was in the NL. And a lot of his competition only played in like 100 games while Jeter played 150. And in between Jeter Gold Gloves Michael Young won one.
