Cards Should Pick Up Howard

Cards slugger Matt Adams is out for a few months. Now there's an opportunity for them to get a replacement slugger for cheap in the revived Ryan Howard, a St. Louis native. I'd like to see it happen but doubt that STL would take the chance because of Howard's occasional slumps.

I was thinking the same thing Westcoast. If St Louie wants Howard, send his ass packing along with that progress-killing albatross of a contract. Then braindead will again have no excuses not to continue to bring up talent from the farm.

Stassi will rot in the Phillies system as long as Amaro is in charge. According to Amaros thinking anybody that looks that good is not ready to be promoted. Amaro thinks that those type of players are simply playing over their head!
