Maybe I'm reading too much into the bolded comments, but that looks like Brent taking some shots at the veterans on Calgary:

"With everything that happened there so quickly (it was good) to get away from it and come over and coach a team that's about all the right things," Sutter said Monday after practice. "These guys have all jelled together as a team, the leaders are tremendous team guys, it's a talented group, it's a young group with some experience on it that knows how to win.

I'd guess that Squidy, Gio and JayBo would probably be included in that group. Maybe a guy like Glencross too.

Butter is also very complimentary of Kevin Lowe and the entire management group for Team Canada. At this point, it seems like a mere formality that he's going to be named coach of the Oilers.

Unless he is a quiet leader, I don't see it being JayBo. Nick Lidstrom is a quiet leader. JayBo is just "Quiet".
