Karl Heinz should look in the mirror and say the same thing by signing a broken down Robben and Ribery for another year and giving that to Kovac. If Kovac wins the Double with this squad I would say that is pretty darn good. Jepp only won one trophy last year with a better squad.

Bayern may need to look for another goalie too. Ulreich the rest of the way is scary since Bayern still has a road trip to Leipzig and a Frankfurt game on the schedule. They need a Dortmund tie or loss then they can lose one of these and still win the league by goal differential.

Close call for Bayern today. Offensively they looked like crap. What was the deal with all the impatient shots launched way over the net...especially when Bremen was down a man. Guilty parties were Alaba, Gnabry, and Lewandowski. Took Niklas Sule to restore order at the end.

I can envision the Ulreich play based purely on what you're saying.

On another note, I'm pretty impressed by Eintracht's Europa League play. Chelsea, whom I believe they play next, will be very difficult for them.

Frankfurt and Leipzig are on fire right now. Frankfurt is going to make UCL from the Bundesliga and they still have this route. I am impressed. Also, when was the last time Leipzig lost? It has been awhile. They are creeping closer to the top.

Thankfully Chelsea hasn't sold Odoi to Bayern yet lol. Now damaged goods. Achilles that is not a good injury at all. Worse than a knee I believe.
